Finals!

Here's my final for my character design class. It was refreshing to break away from the Bonanzai design document we had been using all semester. We finally got to design whatever we wanted. I decided I wanted to have a character that would seem to take place in the Cantina in Star Wars.

Here is the final animation I did for PRJ 251. The criteria for the animation was that it needed to seem like a trailer or a cinematic between levels in a video game. Based on my storyboard, I had a team of 4 other people who animated, cleaned up, colored, and made the backgrounds in 4 freakin' weeks!

Nogistune

Here's my creature design. The Nogistune. My teacher called this my most successful design.

Stuart Jackson

Here's my final villain design. Stuart Jackson.

Sophomore Year Work Dump - Background Layout

Here's a background layout I designed. It wasn't designed for any story in particular. I just knew I wanted to do a snowy landscape. I'm digging how it turned out. One team at school even used it in their production!

Sophomore Year Work Dump - Exoskeleton

Here is a machine I designed. It's basically an exoskeleton suit for the previous John Henry post. I even modeled this one in clay and put a super rad LED light in it!

Sophomore Year Work Dump - John Henry

Here's my first character design I did in my Character Design class.

Sophomore Year Work Dump - Steam Hammer

Alright! Now we're on to second semester. Here is a prop I designed for my PRJ 251 class.

Sophomore Year Work Dump - CG201 Final

Here's my final I did for my CG201 class last semester. It was supposed to be about a particular fairy tale and I chose Little Red Riding Hood.

Sophomore Year Work Dump - Caricature

And now here's a 10 minute caricature and a silly character design assignment from my CG201 class last semester.

Sophomore Year Work Dump - Intro to Matte Painting

Here's a couple of environments I did for my CG201 class last semester.
